Michael Duck QC secures acquittal in Shepherd's Bush murder trial

Michael Duck QC’s client acquitted of both murder and robbery at the conclusion of a five-week trial at The Old Bailey. The defendant was alleged to have been the gunman in a joint enterprise robbery and subsequent shooting from close range - he was the first defendant in the four handed trial. The case involved complex hearsay arguments and bad character applications.
