Jonas Hankin QC and Antonie Muller prosecuted parents Lisa Passey, 28 and Wayne Dale, 45 for the manslaughter of 13-month-old Kian Dale.  The court heard how the pair left Kian unsupervised in the bath for 15 minutes which resulted in Kian drowning. They were also found guilty of child cruelty with wilful neglect.
