No5 Barristers’ Chambers S Chelvan, leading Chris Snell, have been instructed by Giuliana Kendal in her private prosecution of Linda Bellos and Venice Allan.  Summons were issued by Wimbledon Magistrates Court last month, with 26 September fixed for the next hearing at Westminster Magistrates Court.  Neither Ms. Kendal or her legal team will be making any comment to the media regarding these proceedings.
