We are delighted that Bernard Thorogood was named The Times' Lawyer of the Week.  This was in conjunction with his prosecution of Martin-Baker Aircraft Ltd, an ejection seat manufacturer, in connection with the death of the Red Arrows pilot Flight Lieutenant Sean Cunningham, who was thrown from his jet while conducting pre-flight safety checks at RAF Scampton in 2011. The company has now been fined £1.1 million and paid costs of £550,000.
