No5 Barristers’ Chambers is delighted to welcome two new members of Chambers to the Family Group.
James Snelus brings a wealth of knowledge in the fields of matrimonial finance, trusts of land, schedule 1 claims and inheritance act disputes. He has particular experience in dealing with business assets and matters with international elements inclduing jurisdictional issues (Brussels II).
He has appeared at all levels up to and including the Court of Appeal. James qualified as an arbitrator in 2017.
Jennifer Moles specialises in all aspects of family law. Her expertise includes both private and public law children proceedings, Family Law Act proceedings and financial remedy proceedings.
She too has appeared at all levels up to and including the High Court.
