- Administration of Estates - Covering all issues relating to the administration of estates, including the construction of wills, identity of beneficiaries, deductibility of expenses or debts, ascertainment of assets and the like, whether contentious or non-contentious. Also, tax liability of estates and the burden of tax together with all aspects of PGO jurisdiction.
- Trusts – Work including construction of trust deeds, powers and duties of trustees, drafting of trust deeds, deeds of appointment (both of assets and trustees) and vesting orders. Representation in contentious matters, such as breach of trust and tracing claims, variation of trust applications. This further includes trusts of land (including proprietary estoppel claims).
