Stephen Goodfellow Costs and Litigation CV
Stephen is an experienced, specialist civil practitioner with a particular interest in cost matters, gained over many years representing both paying and receiving parties. He undertakes detailed assessment hearings and CCMC, as well as being instructed on specific cost disputes, including Part 36 costs, security for costs, wasted costs, fundamental dishonesty and QOCS.
Stephen is noted for his persuasive advocacy skills and his comprehensive knowledge of the civil procedure rules. In particular, he has given recent talks on Civil Procedure Rule 36 and the practical implications of Part 36 Offers.
