Richard McLoughlin - Personal Injury

Richard joined Chambers following successful completion of his pupillage that he undertook under the supervision of Christopher Perry, Richard Moat and Matthew Brunning.

He has wide-ranging experience of personal injury law, including road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, occupiers’ liability and public liability. He appears in claims within the MOJ Portal and in interim applications. He frequently conducts fast track trials and advises in relation to liability, quantum and procedure. He also drafts statements of case.

Prior to beginning his pupillage, Richard worked in the advocacy department of a top 20 law firm and gained valuable experience in personal injury practice.

Richard is happy to work on a conditional fee basis where appropriate.
