Richard Grimshaw - Costs & Litigation Funding
Richard practices primarily in the fields of clinical negligence and personal injury litigation. He has experience of a range of costs work associated with his primary practice areas, including attending CCMCs, advising on QOCS related matters and cases where there are allegations of fundamental dishonesty.
Richard has also provided talks on costs related issues.
