Naomi Owen - Commercial Litigation
Naomi’s practice encompasses a vast range of commercial litigation. She represents both claimants and defendants in a variety of claims including contractual disputes, delayed flights and holiday claims. She also regularly appears in the County Court for the full range of interlocutory hearings: CMCs, CCMCs, strike out, summary judgment and disclosure applications as well as applications for injunctive relief. Naomi has also been instructed to represent clients in applications for permission to appeal.
Alongside a busy court practice, Naomi also undertakes instructions to advise and draft pleadings in a variety of claims including negligent misstatement and breach of contract. She also has experience of representing parties at mediations.
