For many years Mat has undertaken work in cases involving injuries sustained in a wide range of sporting activity, including football, rugby, martial arts and on climbing walls. Mat’s experience spans the spectrum from mistimed tackles to deliberate assaults; and from broken legs to ruptured eye balls. He is also happy to accept instructions in relation to disciplinary proceedings.
Mat continues to undertake both multi-track and fast track work, and is happy to travel for the purpose of trials and to advise in conference. His work is split equally between claimant and defendant.
