Having undertaken pupillage at a leading commercial chancery set, Katharine is well-versed in proceedings elating to credit agreements regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and non-regulated credit agreements, matters falling within the parameters of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, and other issues arising from Finance and Financial Regulation. Katharine has particular experience drafting in mortgage fraud cases and solicitors’ breach of retainer/duty.
