John Gilbert Harvey - Personal Injury

John has experience of personal injury work both as an advisor and as an advocate, which extends back to 1974. He sits as a Recorder in the Crown and County Courts and was involved in training judges in human rights law in 2000. John's experience includes the following areas: Personal injury: representing claimants and defendants in all types of claim involving moderate to catastrophic injuries and fatalities arising from motor, work related, and other accidents, including industrial disease claims and stress related conditions. John lectures extensively on human rights and medico-legal issues.
