Jodie Kembery Clinical Negligence

Jodie Kembery took tenancy in October 2015 after the successful completion of Pupillage at No5. Jodie has experience of multi-track and fast-track cases and accepts instructions from both Claimants and Defendants. She has a thorough and client-focussed approach to cases, balancing sensitivity with the need to be robust where appropriate. She is able to work alongside clients from all walks of life with confidence.

Jodie also appears in court on a range of cases, including trials, applications and all manner of interlocutory hearings, on a daily basis, making her a well-rounded advocate with a feel for judicial attitudes and developments. Furthermore, she has been led by senior members of Chambers, including QCs, and has Coronial experience.

Jodie accepts instructions in all aspects of Clinical Negligence work, including on a Conditional Fee Basis where appropriate. Notable areas include:

  • Delayed clinical diagnosis
  • Ophthalmic negligence
  • Negligent nursing care
  • Dental negligence

Those instructing Jodie know that they will receive a comprehensive and prompt service. She always endeavours, and normally succeeds, in returning paperwork promptly.
