Within his personal injury practice, James is most frequently instructed in road traffic accident, employers’ liability (accidents at work) and public liability claims (including tripping and slipping claims and occupiers' liability claims). James routinely advises in conference and in writing, drafts pleadings, attends Case Management Conferences and applications, and conducts round table meetings and trials. James’ practice includes claims of utmost severity and claims involving fatal accidents. James also appears in Coroners Court proceedings.
