Jack Smyth - Personal Injury
Jack has been appointed by the Attorney General as Junior Counsel to the Crown for the Midlands (formerly known as the Treasury Solicitors' Panel).
Jack has experience acting for both claimants and defendants in all levels of work from small claims, fast track trials and disposal hearings to multi-track direction hearings. His practice is evenly balanced between claimant and defendant representation, and he undertakes CFA work.
He also has experience of CICA appeals, social security appeals and inquests.
