Eamonn Hurley-Flynn - Personal Injury

Eamonn joined Chambers as a 3rd Six Pupil in December 2014 under the supervision of Richard Moat. He is instructed on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants in trials, interim hearings, small claims and approval hearings. Since joining Chambers he has been exposed to a wide range of personal injury work including cases involving:

- Road traffic accidents
- Highways Act claims
- Employers’ liability
- Occupiers’ liability
- Credit Hire

Prior to undertaking the BPTC, Eamonn worked as a paralegal in the low velocity impact team of a top 100 law firm. He is therefore very familiar with the factual and legal issues raised in such cases.

Eamonn is happy to work on a conditional fee basis where appropriate.
