Charlotte Robinson-Jones - Clinical Negligence
Charlotte acts in a range of clinical negligence matters, and enjoys the challenges clinical negligence work entails. She is prepared to consider matters on CFAs where appropriate, and has a legal aid certificate.
Her practice involves providing initial advices, all the way through to representation at trial. She has experience of dental negligence and care claims, including claims against GPs and NHS Trusts.
Charlotte has attended inquests for families in a range of circumstances where clinical negligence claims are anticipated.
In addition, she regularly advises as to quantum for a range of injuries, including where necessary for infant/protected party settlement hearings.

S : FAA claim resulting from an admitted negligent failure to correctly interpret cervical smear samples;
W : FAA claim where the Trust admitted negligently discharging a patient with a perforated ulcer;
O (led by Jonathan Jones QC): Allegations of GPs failing to diagnose testicular cancer;
B: Claim resulting from a stillbirth where it was alleged the Claimant was overlooked by medical staff on attending hospital for some 40 minutes;
B (ongoing): Allegations against GPs for failure to treat hypertension for a number of years resulting in kidney failure.
