Arrin Nouri Family CV
Arrin is a family law specialist accepting instructions in all areas of family law.
She has extensive experience in private children law disputes, including applications for Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders and enforcement proceedings. She has appeared in complex cases involving allegations of parental alienation and intractable hostility and the appointment of rule 16.4 guardians.
In public children law matters Arrin represents parents, extended family members, children and local authorities. She is regularly instructed at all stages of the proceedings from contested interim hearings through to fact finding hearings and final hearings. Her caseload in this area has involved allegations of physical and emotional abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, substance misuse and mental health issues.
Arrin regularly deals with applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders under Part IV Family Law Act 1996. She also deals with all aspects of family finance, including financial remedies on divorce or separation.
Arrin is a tenacious advocate who works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. She is accredited under the Public Access scheme and welcomes instructions directly from members of the public.
