We have advised and acted for top rugby clubs in disputes and negotiations with their governing bodies. In the growing and very lucrative world of sports franchising and merchandising we have advised and acted for manufacturers, designers and retailers. In employment law we have advised on the ramifications of employment law and the Rome Treaty on foreign sportsmen. We have a very large Personal Injury Group whose members have advised and acted for claimants and defendants in serious sports injury cases. In addition to the above we have members with knowledge and expertise in a wide range of sporting fields such as motor sport, horse riding and sailing.
