Richard Hadley Family

Richard has a wide ranging family law practice with a particular emphasis on financial provision in divorce and public law children proceedings, in which he frequently appears on behalf of a number of local authorities throughout the country. Richard regularly appears at all levels of Court within the Family Division and, since his call to the Bar in 1997, he has attracted a reputation of being extremely “client
friendly”.

Richard has been successful in developing a large practice within the areas of law listed and, in addition, he has a growing reputation as a mental health expert barrister.
