Moira joined Chambers after many years pursuing an academic career at the Faculty of Law, University of Birmingham. During this time she researched and published widely in family and medical law and is now extending this expertise into the following practice areas:

Matrimonial law (including divorce)
Disputes involving mental health issues and incapacity

Child Care:
Children's matters in both the public and private arenas
Property disputes involving cohabitees
Injunctions and domestic violence matters
