Edward Grant Family

Edward has a dual qualification as a barrister and Spanish lawyer. After several years with a common law practice at the Bar he moved to Spain in 1998. He is currently a practising Spanish abogado and a member of the Malaga College of Lawyers.

Edward's areas of work are civil and commercial with particular emphasis on private international law involving the Spanish jurisdiction. Edward can advise on how to enforce English orders against assets in Spain and family disputes including child abduction and Spanish property matters.

Edward has appeared before the Spanish court as an expert witness on English law and he is a member of the European Circuit.
