Children work (representing parents and local authorities):
Care and supervision proceedings, adoption, secure accommodation applications.
Residence disputes and contact applications increasingly where children are separately represented.
Applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction.
Child abduction.
Financial provision (now seen from a judicial perspective as well since her appointment):
Ancillary relief including cases involving family businesses and where third party claims have been made against matrimonial property.
Property disputes between cohabitees.
Schedule 1 applications for children of unmarried parents.
Family provision on death.
